AFTER he threatened a woman in a parked car. Shoved by her boyfriend, who made NO further aggressive moves and retreated. There is NO death penalty for a shove, simple assault. Poorly worded law intended to protect homes and lives being used by cowards to justify murder.

Why is deadly force always used when the person is black? Just the mere fact that you show your gun is often enough to ensure that the other person would back off. Did he have a conceal to carry license? You are confrontational and know ya carrying a gun, this is premeditated!
