Are you not concerned that a law like this would cause upward pressure on already high rent, since the incremental cost would effectively be subsidized by tax credits?

This is exactly why health care and college costs are so high. Socialist policies contribute to the problem then offer solutions that further magnify the problem, rinse repeat. But it all sounds like a good idea so they have that going for them.

I don't think you understand how taxes work. See you are wanting to take more money from the pockets of all Americans to give their money to a few in your state making it harder for everyone else to pay their rent. How about you take less of everyone's money.

Incentivizing people to spend more than they can afford on rent with promises that the government will make it up with a tax credit is a terrible idea.

Learn what they do to give this credit Kamala. YOU want to take all the money you can and distribute other’s earned wealth. Why don’t you encourage people to work and better their personal situations? You want to take, take it out of your account-stay out of ours.

What’s your take on the $12 billion hand out that is going to bail out the farmers from the mess that that guy in the Whitehouse created? Those kind of welfare handouts ok with you? The auto industry bailout?
