Not just black students though anyone who has ro borrow a large sum will end up owing more than borrowed, especially if you try to refinance any of it to make payments easier

Then stop the "government guaranteed loans". When this happened, tuition went sky high. College's knew the govt would now take all the loan risks. Get govt OUT OF COLLEGE'S

@KamalaHarris can you clarify this graphic it seems to compare total debt (accumulated after 12 years is either 4 to 6 years of undergrad or even undergrad and graduate debt) to the debt after 1 year (when first starting college).
