Until there are workplace protections and employees are not at-will employees, abuses will continue. Have to protect the job before you can protect the worker.

We must be very careful from now on, how we word new laws being made and that they are able to be enforced equally, on everyone, or they will become illegal, when we again judge the laws, for being constitutional, and not cause any discrimination we must do that or we lose again.
