Minnesota had (may still have) a renters credit based on income they didn’t go bankrupt and home owners didn’t piss and moan just saying.

I’m from the Bay Area. Rents are outrageous. People are struggling. But this is a state issue, not a federal issue. If CA, NY, MA, WA, OR want to roll out state funded rent credits great! But this type of stuff loses national elections. Thanks to the

My mom co-signs for me bc I couldn't get a place to rent without making at least 3x the monthly rent. I am disabled so I didn't even make it at the last really cheap place. Every place I have looked at since 2015 required this.
