I also don’t think that an elected official who is the subject of an investigation that could possibly prove collusion or conspiracy with a foreign adversary should be allowed to nominate a lifetime Supreme Court Judge !!

Respectfully, Senator, this sounds as if you are playing by old rules. Mitch McConnell made a new rule that no SC nominee can be confirmed during an election year. Its simple. Every single Democrat must refuse to attend any confirmation hearing until post election. Hold the line.
