They should give tax breaks for companies willing to work two alternating crews four 10hr days on 4 days off creating twice as many jobs. The 4 day work week is the answer to spreading the wealth. Won't work everywhere but enough to make a difference.

I agree raising the min wage isn’t the answer, use tax cuts to reward business for doing the “right” things 32h workweek, higher wages, etc and rework their shareholder value determinations

I've been working for the same company over 15 years and still don't make 15 dollars... What happens to people like me??? My billion dollar company still hasn't given their employees anything from their big windfall tax break... Like other's have...

Bingo! I love Kamala, but I am very wary about giving new hires as much (maybe more) than what long term, experienced employees deserve. And I still think the increase would result in more inflation, defeating the purpose.

It does eat up the calendar working 4 on 4 off shifts. The average person will make 3k to 5k less a year. A small price to pay to share the American dream, also a more fair work week. With more time off people will get more rest and spend more helping our economy.

Doesn't work for people with school age children which is a significant portion of the workforce.
