Actually, of the 56 men that signed the Declaration, not a one was an immigrant. They were all British subjects/citizens thus moving with the British Empire, as the 13 colonies were British, would not be seen as immigration. Those 8 were not born in British America.

We weren’t a country yet so no way to “immigrate” to a country that wasn’t founded yet. The 8 denounced Britain even though they were born there. Gwinnett Button, Robert Morris, Francis Lewis, James Wilson, John Witherspoon, George Taylor, Matthew Thornton, and James Smith.

British subjects there, British subjects here. Good gracious, how did this woman graduate from law school?

Legal immigrants, why is that so hard for you to understand? We have no issue with LEGAL IMMIGRATION
but that doesn’t fit your “narrative” but keep it up if you want to guarantee 4 more years of MAGA, your doing nothing but helping the causeThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Yes, Kamala however the signers of the Declaration of Independence weren’t border crashers, they came here legally. We know the only shot democrats have at returning to power is to make illegals citizens. Don’t hold your breath.

They weren’t immigrants. They came from countries that were part of the British empire.
