Justice Kennedy resignation circumstances should be investigated
We’ve already seen the President’s list of potential SCOTUS nominees — they are conservative ideologues who would put a woman’s right to choose, the Affordable Care Act, and many of our fundamental rights at risk. We cannot and will not accept them to serve on our highest court.

SCOTUS is not about your feelings. SCOTUS is about adhering to our Constitution. Our Constitution is something you obviously have issues with. Good luck changing things while alienating those that love this country.

No, the GOP party has the issue with following the constitution!! Remember how they blocked a Supreme Court Justice!!! So much for being concerned about the constitution. That is called hypocrisy on the part of the right!! If the shoe fits and boy does it on the GOP!

What needs 2 be done is some type of legislation passed where their always has to be 3 democrats and 3 republicans 2 independents on the supreme court for balance & the presidency can appoint 1 justice for suprem court. Because Trump is able 2stack the deck. Or 4 dems or 4 rep.
