I think a much better argument is that anyone under criminal investigation should not be allowed to nominate anybody.
I am angry with Kennedy. He knows tr*mp will appoint an ideologue. What will happen when the case against tr*mp lands in the SC? Will his picks let him off? Did he make a deal with tr*mp? Kennedy just slapped every woman in the US in the face.
