Where are the girls and the babies? Even the head of Homeland Security doesn't seem to know. This is OUTRAGEOUS!

I am so worried about the babies. They haven't said anything about them. How will their parents find them? They can't tell anyone who they belong to. And with the shelters all overcrowded, how are they giving each baby the care they need to be healthy?
