I think it's time for Puerto Rico to become a state, with voting senators and representatives. Washington needs to be held accountable for ignoring the effects of climate change.

We need to implement procedures that prevents the deaths! We need to provide disaster relief aid until locations are safe and stable enough that people are cared for. We need to make sure there is power, food, water and medical care for all our citizens after a natural disaster.
