It was a deferment. As in..a delay. This was done to give Congress some time and motivation to come up with a more permanent fix. They failed to do that (shock, I know) and now 1 judge in Texas can strike it right down because your party refused the deal. Stop acting.

When was the vote? Dems constantly gripe about our democracy being under attack, when did you give the people a chance to agree with DACA? You want to believe Hillary is the rightful president because of popular vote. Give the people a chance to vote on DACA.

Obama made this ‘promise' via an EO Americans did not. In fact lets take this a step further and point out that in making them this promise, Obama set them up to fail. If Democrats really cared they had two full years to do something about it when they had a super majority.
