It's both! The American gov't won't even acknowledge the actual number of deaths from the hurricanes! We CAN do better, but this how the wealthy buy up beachfront properties cheaply.

This screams for an independent investigation into the completely inadequate disaster preparation, and the incompetent post-hurricane support, resupply and repair efforts. The U.S. military must have conducted an After-Action Review. Demand to see their report.

Senator, appreciate your efforts, but people are still dying NOW. We need action to force the admin to send resources to PR now, including the USS Comfort and more infrastructure support. Have friends on the ground in PR who STILL can’t get adequate med care.
