Full stop? Are you ever right about anything? As a lawyer, you should know what "equal protection" means. Constitution there to limit the power of govt, not private parties. Saying "govt cannot discriminate" is much different than saying "people cannot discriminate". Full stop.

There is a public accommodations section under the civil rights act (as well as other language applying to goods and services, etc) it would really do very little good to only prohibit the government from discriminating, and allow all others to do so...

Wow Kamala, they were not discriminated against. They were denied artistic talent as it conflicted with the religious beliefs of the artist. You cannot put a govt gun to someone heads & force them to be creative against their religious beliefs. Learn the law counselor.

Any business who discriminates for any reason shouldn't be in business. And this baker had a small victory today, but in the long run, will pay for their hate.
