How about German, French, British or Canadian for successful models. Which can then be improved upon. There are not only the options you mentioned. However, even Cuba provides free health care for all its citizens.

And housing that's affordable & on transit lines. CA esp needs to repair the housing crisis. Rents are now $1300 and higher. An $18/hr job barely covers $900 rent, ramen noodles every day (no fresh fruit or veggies) & 1/

basic needs like toiletries. Anyone who works for less cannot afford housing yet are necessary employees 4 CA business. Inflation makes it worse every year. Pls stop real estate ppl from the outrageous rents so ur efforts on other areas 4 working poor have a chance 2 help. 2/
