Individual women choosing abortion for their own pregnancies is not eugenics. It IS an important question to ask - and is likely tied to higher rates of poverty (including incarceration rates) which are often connected to racism - both current and historic.

As a nurse who worked in Catholic Charity ER I saw the devastation first hand when we could not as HEALTHCARE workers talk to patients who had been raped about abortion, women who wanted services about them especially when the fetus would not survive birth. This won’t end well

They charged a small, legally permitted fee as allowed for in the US Code. They still process tissue donations, but no longer accept any fee as of sometime last year, IIRC.
