When we are young we make mistakes because we are stupid and don't know any better. A male doesn't start growing up until the age of 25. A lot of people make the same mistakes but don't get caught. Those of us who do get caught work harder to make up for our mistakes.

Watching strikes & scares over pay rates, there should be a different way of calculating employee pay factoring in cost of living every year. A .75cent hr raise per year since last min wage hike would have been easier than the $8 jerk in min wage that everyone fights over.

No, good politicians make sure people don’t exclusively hire their family members & people they know perpetuating ‘the old white boy network’. They make sure all segments of the taxpaying public have access to projects built with taxpayer money.
