So, did we all get the same email from the YA book rating people? They're asking me to open and sign a document rating my own books according to their cleanliness scale. EL OH EL I will not be doing that.

I seriously tried to see what rating my books would fall under and I legitimately couldn’t, because their system is such a mess. One book can have aspects of each rating in it at once.

Not that it matters now because their website is deleted and they've gone into hiding pretty much, but any element from a higher tier means your book would be that higher tier. One element from YA-4 but everything else was YA-2? Your book is YA-4. What a reasonable system

Wow. The nerve. But this is also why I removed my email and contact form from my website (well this type of BS plus threats from racists). Also am sincerely hoping no author fell for this.
