They restrain him until he dies, even as he yells, “you’re gonna kill me!”

I read an article once that a judge in New Hampshire filled that African Americans had a reasonable expectation to fear death from alaw enforcement and could not be prosecuted for evasion. I never did see proof of it, but it's an interesting concept.
It takes about 6 months to complete police academy training. It takes 12-14 months to become a cosmetologist. Think about what I just said.
