there needs to be standards that are universal in this attempt to spread Covid19. I believe if strict rules and processes are stringently followed then many businesses could open . Enforcement is a huge problem however. We already can't stop crappy people from trespassing now

100% agree here. This is an American problem. Across the world, people recognize the pandemic and act accordingly. Unfortunately for the bar industry, there are some bad apples owners/patrons that have ruined this for everyone. Feel bad for the owners that were doing their part

Simple solution. If you want to be open it all and anti mask you should sign a waiver stating you will pay any COVID related medical expense for yourself or people you infect so my insurance doesn’t go up. Just like a Drunk driver. You knowingly take risk, you face consequence.

That's a great idea in theory but they could infect hundreds without anyone knowing.
