The 1% figure was taken out of thin air - no data to support it. Proper studies looking at CFR in hospitalized patients see 50-80%.

Agree that 1% possibly low. Hospitalized data on the other hand too high since potentially 80% asymptomatic, so a adjusted ~15% CFR?

No data to support 80% asymptomatic - can't extrapolate from sero studies. Near uniform lethality in NHPs. I believe ~50% accurate.
