We got new phones at work. The manual is 250 pages long. I just want to know which end to speak into.

I...do not feel it was beneficial.
We had a one hour "introduction to the new phones". I skipped it. Didn't think it was necessary. I was wrong. IT'S A FUCKING PHONE!!

Our phones have a button that resets them to factory settings. That you can reach easily. WHY IS THAT A USER OPTION. IT BREAKS THE PHONE!
