What they have published is standard DNASeq. They mention 24h turn-around so no RNA or Hyb. I suspect megaplexed PCR OR just standard DNA.

They also mention in silico removal of human reads. Given cost, turn-around, and a few studies, I suspect standard DNASeq is what they use.

I give them credit for doing it though. We can all do mSeq (probably better than them), BUT no companies created. Proof is in the pudding

If I had to guess, I'd lean towards amplicon/targeted sequencing with heavily validated target set. Based on founders, tho, could be wrong.

The fact that they are doing this as a CLIA-accred service, and are already advert for regional clinical sales staff is also noteworthy.

Yup, agreed on the last point. I initially leaned megaplexed PCR (amplicon) too, but given description from analyses, I'm thinking DNASeq.
