Exactly. Suggests 10% of population had an infection with >50% fatality rate. Evidence that mild illness is rare. Likely cross-reactivity.
Agreed. We see 5-10% too. No way that's 'real' Ebola. Wrote a whole grant to really dig into this (comparing pre outbreak / post). Unfunded.

Hah, not surprised. One day the world will learn that serosurveys are inaccurate and can't be used to make sweeping conclusions.
