@K_G_Andersen comes from the Kimakonde language spoken by people in Tanzania and Northern Mozambique meaning "to become contorted" ;)
@MeyerBjoern I suspected so much. Definitely no Danes involved in that decision ;-). I like to pronounce it though - just not spell it!
