A lot of investment in vaccines and therapeutics. Not enough in everything else.
There's again a lot of talk about the U.S. needing a "Manhattan Project" to fight #COVID19. We don't - all we need is sane and decisive leadership. We have neither.

The "Manhattan project" was a political project gathering scientists to come up with a solution faster than the Germans. This time the Germans (and the rest of the world) already have a solution
