A lot of mistakes in this paragraph - all of this simply isn't true because of mixing of sensitivity/specificity + calc mistakes. "Given how readily the SASR-CoV-2 spreads, “a misdiagnosis is worse than no diagnosis,”" I disagree with this - for the intended POC usage of RDTs, this is less of a concern. I'm very optimistic about RDTs - they won't be perfect, but they'll make a big difference 4/4

So I wonder, I think we care most about people with significant viral loads? As they might be a spreading risk, and I think these would be easiest to detect with such a test? Thanks!

Yup, I believe this to be the case as well - although we don't actually know if that truly is the case, I believe it is a very plausible hypothesis.
