1. Small (n=8) - we expect n=105 for Phase I
2. Neuts in all subjects
3. No raw data available
4. "Vaccine could prevent [..] replicati(on) in [mouse] lungs". But not prevent infection?

Perhaps the mouse experiment was like the recent ChAdOx1 monkey results, where a big dose of virus led to some viral replication in the nose but not the lungs? Could be OK or could be a bad sign (or could just be imprecise language); hard to say from just a press release.

@Dereklowe had a post recently where he went over a paper that found some generalities in what proteins are targeted by the adaptive system. Good read. Hi, I noticed they excluded 7 participants from the qualitative analysis, the PR does not say why. But Bloomberg article said the analyses weren't ready? Does this pass your scientific smell test? Why not all 15? Seems they had time for all 15 on quantitative antibody analysis?
