This point is so often missed… to rush to open without protecting against a second wave… or for some areas, from a first way… will cost more in the end.
Absolutely - which is baffling to me. It's almost as if people think that what made us lock down has (or will) somehow disappear(ed)? It hasn't - and there's now much more base-level transmission, so second wave will likely be much bigger.
