@K_G_Andersen so what do you advice for Europe/US? Is local elimination possible? With app tracking? Wait for a vaccine? (which we don’t know of comes?)
Suppression is the only viable option IMO - test, trace, isolate (outside home). Combine with either quarantine or repeat testing of individuals who came into contact with a case. Digital tools will (greatly) aid with all of these but won't be sufficient on their own.

Which are all great in reducing spread. But even intense versions of this like in Singapore appears not to completely contain it. So IMO the more suppression, the more we can allow society to reopen. But we’ll still be heading (slow or fast) towards herd immunity - or a vaccine.
