Correct. These are all things that *need* to happen, but yeah, nowhere near happening at the level they need to.
I agree with you but I just read testing capacity is actually going down in many places? And we need an army of contact tracers, who’s hiring and training them? I’m super concerned about these things because of exactly what you’re saying.
Aren’t we also going to need to have a nationwide database created to aggregate data? It takes time to create an RFP, then the wait to receive bids, then awarding the contract, etc.
In your professional opinion, do you currently see the U.S. actively testing, tracing and isolating on a wide scale? If that is not occurring, how does that affect your timeline?
