It is great to see that these issues are now being taken more seriously, but again, we are two months into the epidemic - many other (better prepared) countries got this done in weeks, if not in days.

Gabriel Leung said it two days ago: there are more labs testing in Africa than in the US. If one has a gatekeeping approach like CDC /FDA you better be ahead of your game.
