Thanks, Kristian! We think it's important to global public health to have timely, open access to pathogen sequence data wherever possible. A lot of people across the entire public health system have been working hard to get these completed and submitted quickly. Let me inquire.
@dmaccannell - first up, incredible work done by @CDCgov getting these sequences out. Just wow! I suspect @CDC_AMD might have had something to do with it...
Question - would you be able to check raw files/quality of CA1 (MN994467)? It doesn't look quite right...
