Just installed Mac OS Catalina and really annoyed by all the junk @apple apps that you can't uninstall? Apple has made it really hard to do in this version, but there's a way

1. Reboot into recovery mode - hold Command-R while restarting 2. Open Terminal 3. Type 'csrutil disable' 4. Restart 5. Open Terminal 6. Type 'sudo mount -uw /'

7. Delete those pesky apps using the Terminal - e.g., 'sudo rm -rf /System/Applications/Books.app'. The easiest way is to go into the Terminal, type 'sudo rm -rf ', go back to the Finder, select all the apps you want to delete and drag them into the terminal window [...]
