Question for my 
friends. How do you drink coffee through that spouty thingie in the lid? After a decade I still can't figure it out (I either burn myself or spill coffee all over my face 
).
I'm 
- we don't have such evil things, as we drink coffee sitting down.

Indeed -- still honing my skills on drinking hot beverages from said spouty thingie!
Seems like we need a redesign. Spouty thingie, plus a mechanism to get ketchup out of the bottle in measurements intended by the operator (i.e., none of the following: (1) nothing, (2) way too much, or (3) a slight trickle after relentless banging of a glass bottle for 1/2 hr).
