So that big hullabaloo about the recent Science paper was over-interpreted? I need to read them closely to compare, but from all the press releases, it sounded like dengue protected against Zika.

I honestly have no idea... Very confusing science at the moment, but I'm glad so many great people are looking into it - and by now I basically ignore all the mouse/in vitro studies.

Agreed but there is value to in vitro studies, depending on the question.

Totally agree - but in the case of DENV <> ZIKV immunity interactions, in vitro systems (and mouse models) are too simplistic and don't capture (or reflect) a much more complex immune response.
