My take - ADE appears to be an in vitro / mouse artifact. Most (all?) human and NHP studies have shown prior dengue to be protective (or have no effect) against Zika.

This paper's argument about prior effect of DENV immunity on Zika symptoms is unconvincing because only fever and rash were reported, both of which are mild. So I'm not sure we know yet what happens with measures of Zika severity. However, both this paper and

this one (https://journals.plos.org/plosmedicine/article?id=10.1371/journal.pmed.1002726 …) suggest prior DENV protects against symptomatic ZIKV infection. However, conditional on both prior DENV infection and current symptomatic ZIKV infection, it is not yet clear whether the symptomatic experience will be worse

It's probably also a story of: what has not been measured in these individuals (that is, independently of history of dengue infection, it is likely that other unknown and unmeasured factors influence both protection and / or enhancement).

On first skim, I don't see any serotype-specific DENV serology (?)- which may explain the discordant results.
