I guess a toss up between Bundibugyo and Sudan based only on a geographical prior: https://www.cdc.gov/vhf/ebola/history/distribution-map.html … but I wouldn’t rule out Zaire.

Ah, great map. When I looked at the location after reading the article I immediately thought "Sudan". But you're right - a lot of overlap with Bundibugyo and Zaire is also likely because of all its recent activity (or activity of detection...).
