Thus far, we've only constructed the consensus coding sequences and they all look complete - no large deletions. there might be some other gems in there. We'll get the fastq or bam files loaded to SRA soon.
... working on a data portal too so we can host all the raw BAM files before they hit NCBI (since that can take quite some time).

Nice! can we just replace NCBI SRA with something else? Too much of my life has been wasted uploading and trying to retrieve data from there. Is this the start of http://datarxiv.com ?
