On a side topic to this, my wife and I mailed in our absentee ballots 11 days ago. When we check the SOS website for ballot status, it does not show it received yet. We are now concerned it is too late to figure out if our ballots will be counted or not.

If we do not get confirmation by Tuesday it raises huge doubts in our minds about the accuracy of the vote and mail-in ballot efficiency.

What are you talking about? We aren’t going to have results Tuesday. The postmark date is Tuesday so it will take a few days

No I understand that but I am saying if we mailed in our ballots 11 days ago, shouldn't the SOS office show they have been received by now? They are showing them as not received and we have worries about whether they will ever show them as received.

I think Louisville isn’t showing any until after Tuesday

Gotcha. (Sidenote: When I say SOS, I actually mean County Clerk)

Just FYI, the site shows my ballot as received being received by the Jefferson County Clerk. They appear to be marking them as received as they get them. I would recommend you call the Clerk’s office to inquire about your situation.

Yeah, very concerning. Just checked again. Here is the message that shows up:"No absentee ballot record found for this election, name, date of birth, and SSN last 4. Name must be entered exactly as it was reported to the county clerk. Please try again." Same message for my wife.
