To an extent, I’d agree. However, if she wanted to join the lawsuit - that means she supported it from the start. We don’t need someone who speaks from both sides of the mouth, which is what she did. I don’t think it’s a misrepresentation - Amy did that herself.

“The lawsuit” wasn’t dismissed; it is ongoing. “Her lawsuit”, based on my pacer search, didn’t exist. Her motion to join Rep Nemes lawsuit was denied or dismissed. These are different things.

Also, just THE DAY BEFORE this fool bragged that he got removed from the suit, and right out the other side of his mouth is claiming he got something dismissed for which he's no longer even a party? Please. https://kentucky.gov/Pages/Activity-stream.aspx?n=SOS&prId=320 …pic.twitter.com/6hf82Gl4Bn

I know Dems like the Courier-Journal
@marisamcnee, so here’s an article that proves what I just said. Might want to retract tweet calling me a fool - the Governor has called on us to grow up from name-calling - and denying my victory in court.https://www.courier-journal.com/story/news/2020/06/16/polling-location-lawsuit-mcgrath-campaign-denied-judge-join/3189956001/ …1 réponse 0 Retweet 0 j'aime -
The campaign asked to intervene in an existing lawsuit. You were no longer party to the lawsuit as of the day previous according to your own press release.

And, yes, you're a fool. If that particular word offends you I'm happy to clarify that I think you are "a person lacking in judgment or prudence."

Forget the politics - you’re simply a hateful person. You’re not helping anyone here. Have differences, but fight the policy. I could be wrong but aren’t we trying to end hate right now? Or is that just for one political party?

Michael Adams is shamelessly lying about this case. People reading his thread, including, it seems, you, end up believing that McGrath was attempting to have absentee ballots thrown out. She was not. She was asking to extend absentee voting options. Adams should be sanctioned.

No, that’s not what I’m led to believe. However, looking at facts and facts only, I still believe Amy took dual sides in this. I don’t care about the politics. I do care about the facts. I’m more outspoken about my party than anyone. I can still be outspoken about Dems, too.

McGrath campaign's lawsuit explicitly challenged the constitutionality of the regulation both the Governor and I approved that extended the absentee-ballot voting deadline from May 12 to June 23. The Governor and I jointly agreed to suspend a legal requirement that absentee 1/2

ballots be impermissible after the originally scheduled date of an election that was delayed. I plainly stated all of this in my court brief which is a matter of public record. 2/2
