McGrath's suit sought to expand the claims beyond challenging the single polling place issue. She asked, for instance, to extend deadline to request mail-in ballots.
McGrath also asked the court to declare unconstitutional the “current system of absentee voting,” and attacked the constitutionality of the regulation that implemented the Beshear-Adams agreement.
