Thank you for responding. A clerk in CKY planned for 3-5 polling locations on ED. He was told by a rep in SoS / BoE that he could only have one. Read the rules, posted at http://sos.ky.gov . My Office has no role in approving locations. They are proposed at the county level and approved, or not, by the State Board of Elections - not the staff, the Board itself. To date the Board has not voted on any county plan.
