So will the portal be open soon enough? We wouldn’t want the system to crash would we? The timing of the portal being open & waiting for the ballot to be mailed to you. Then we have to get the ballot mailed back. All in less than 30 days doesn’t sound efficient.
The @KYSecState was so excited to get on the road for a media blitz to explain the primary election plan. But the road ended up beginning and continuing right here in his office.

If you try and vote in person, each County has one polling place open, by appt’s only. If you don’t have an appt. in my county you don’t vote.
