State law does not permit me to register voters without their prior consent. I encourage anyone eligible to vote but not registered to visit http://GoVoteKY.com , and I ask civic organizations to direct their members and the public to this site.

Would love to see you advocate for a change in state law to embrace AVR, which has been successful in many states--both so-called red and so-called blue--without any voter fraud.

Which provision of law are you worried about here? 116.045(4)(e) seems to give you a lot of discretion. Is it the general lack of explicit authority?
