Once again @JShellKY forgot all of the cuts to preschool, ESS, no funding for textbooks/instructional resources, KTIP, & funded transportation at only 61%, backdoor plan to pensions and the fact he helped craft @GovMattBevin’s pension plan. Increase in SEEK won’t cover cuts.
