  Sorry, but this vote was not for teachers. Attaching legislation to an obscure wastewater bill, hearing it in a room closed to the public, not allowing public debate, not allowing legislators time to read the bill, and no actuarial scoring. Pure sewage!

  The bill may be a good one, but WHY did we have to take a page out of the @KyDems playbook and rush this through? Why did we do it at 10pm? Why did we not allot the public to read it first? It’s not the bill I question, it’s the process.
