  Desperation grows. I can almost smell it. Bevin demands Beshear say where he stands on a federal issue that neither he nor Bevin has any control over. Yet, Bevin refuses to tell us taxpayers why he is flying around the country on OUR jet & Turbo-prop airplanes.
