Curious. Does this # include the 500 lost jobs at Trane in Lexington (after 50yrs) or the lost coal jobs since 'War on Coal' ended? ... or is this Bevin's # that includes 'projected' jobs like the Russian mafia-owned aluminum plant in Greenup that's still short $1B in funding?

I believe the kygop is referencing the 50,000 new jobs that pay low wages and do not come with any benefits.
